"Delivery was fine, but tracking needs work"
The delivery showed up without any issues, but the tracking barely updated, so I had no idea when it was actually going to arrive. It was frustrating having to guess. If this keeps happening, I might have to start ordering from somewhere else

One shelf came with a bent corner. Annoying, but not a big deal. I sent them pics and customer service was super easy. They shipped a replacement fast. Stuff happens. They handled it well.

"Pretty smooth delivery overall"
I ordered this big shelving unit from Global Industrial and it came by freight, so I was kind of expecting it to be a hassle. But it went smoothly. The driver called ahead, showed up around the time they said, and helped get it off the truck without any real issues. The box had a few scuffs here and there, but the stuff inside was totally fine. Overall, it was a fairly easy experience and I’d probably order from them again.

"Return was way easier than I thought"
I had to send back a shelving part because it didn’t fit our setup, and I was expecting the usual return headache since returns are almost always a hassle everywhere. But the return page was actually clear, and I got the label quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal at all.

The refund took a few days, which seems normal for basically every store now. I also asked support a quick question and they answered without making it awkward or complicated. Overall, it was a solid experience and I’d order from them again.

"Payment part could be smoother"
Ordering went through fine, no real issues there. But the billing side was kinda confusing. My card got charged sooner than I expected, and the invoice didnt show up right away, which made me a little unsure what was going on. Support did get back to me and helped, but it took longer than I wouldve liked. Overall it was okay, just wish the payment process was clearer and smoother

"Arrived on time, but the packaging felt overlooked"
The order did show up on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging was rough. The box had dents in it and the tape looked like it was barely sticking in some spots. Thankfully nothing was broken, but for an item this size, I really expected it to be packed more securely. It kind of felt like the packaging wasn’t taken seriously, and I felt a little dismissed as a customer

I ordered a few things from Global Industrial and figured it would take at least a week. Actually, I thought, i was expecting to be waiting around for a while. But everything showed up in about 2 days, packed well, and there were no issues at all. Happy with how fast it got here, and I’d definitely order from them again.
